DSU-MHR Mouse-Hole Router Machine

Team B & B offers the DSU-MHR Shutter Rail Mouse-Hole Router Machine that centers the rail and routs the mouse-hole accurately and cleanly. The machine is designed to work with Wood and Composite (Poly-Wood) Products and will center from 4” to 34” long rail. The standard machine is equipped with a manual centering system. Utilizing an ergonomic trigger grip, the operator slides the rail forward under the router bit in one smooth, safe, clean operation. The machine is equipped with a safety activation switch which controls the router motor.

As an added safety feature, the router will not operate unless the rail is in the clamp and the activation switch is pulled. A Waste collector system is included.

DSU-TRS Tilt Rod Shaper

The DSU-TRS Tilt Rod Shaper is designed to round the end of the Tilt Rod and will accommodate 4 tilt rods at the same Time. The station is adjustable to accommodate various widths of tilt rod. Safety shielding and guides are included in the operation. Also included is a dust Collection system,

DSU-BSR Biscuit Router Machine

The DSU Biscuit Router Machine is used to rout a Biscuit shape into both a shutter stile and the Center Rail or Divider Rail. The machine is adjustable to accommodate various thicknesses of stile/rail. Safety shielding and a Dust Collection System are included.
